How to Set Up Email Templates & Email (Headers & Footers) Branding in Britixo?
Britixo allows you to automate and personalise communication through pre-built email templates for various actions like invoices, proposals, tickets, and more.

Log in to Britixo
Go to https://britixo.com/app/login and sign in. -
Navigate to Email Templates
From the left-hand sidebar, go to:
Setup → Email Templates -
Choose a Template to Edit
You’ll see a categorized list (e.g., Invoice, Tasks, Projects, Support).
Click on the template you wish to customise — for example, Invoice Sent or New Ticket Opened. -
Edit the Subject Line
Update the Subject field to match your tone or brand.
(e.g., “You’ve got a new invoice from Britixo!”) -
Customise the Email Body

Use placeholders like
{client_firstname}or{invoice_number} -
Add your branding message, custom signature, or support info

Format using bold, lists, or links

Enable or Disable Templates
Use the toggle at the top to enable or disable the template entirely. -
Click "Save Template"
After editing, click the Save Template button at the bottom of the page.
