How to Set Up Your Branding & PDF Templates in Britixo?
Setting up your branding ensures that all documents generated within Britixo — like invoices, proposals, contracts, and statements — carry your company identity.
A. Upload Your Company Logo

Log in to Britixo
Go to https://britixo.com/app/login and sign in. -
Go to General Settings
Navigate to:
Setup → Settings → General -
Scroll to the Branding Section
Locate the fields labeled:-
Company Logo (PDF Documents)

Favicon (used in browser tabs)
-
-
Upload Logo File
-
Click Upload next to each field
-
Choose a high-quality PNG or JPG image (recommended size: 300x80px for logo)

Click “Save Settings”
Your logo will now appear on invoices, estimates, and other PDFs.
B. Configure PDF Templates

Go to PDF Templates Settings
From the sidebar:
Setup → Settings → PDF -
Choose a PDF Type to Customise
You’ll see templates for:-
Invoice
-
Estimate
-
Proposal
-
Payment Receipt
-
Statement
Click on any to open the editor.

Edit Template Layout
-
Choose from different layouts (Standard, Elegant, Compact, etc.)

Enable/disable items like:

Client phone number
-
Staff notes
-
Company VAT or registration number
-
Payment terms
-

-
Add Custom Footer or Legal Text
Scroll down to the Custom Footer / Legal Text box.
You can add:-
Terms & conditions
-
Refund policy
-
GDPR statement
-
Payment instructions
-

Preview Your PDF
Use the Preview button to see what your document looks like before saving. -
Click “Save Settings”
Once satisfied, click Save. These settings apply to all future documents of that type.
Optional: Customise PDF Colours

Still in PDF Settings, you’ll see options to adjust:

Header background colour

Table border colour
-
Text colour
-
Use hex codes or select from the colour picker to match your brand identity.

Use a white background logo with transparent edges (PNG) for best results

Test your PDF with different clients to check layout alignment
