How to Set Up Currencies, Languages & Timezones in Britixo?
Britixo supports global business operations by allowing you to configure system-wide currencies, local languages, and timezone settings.
A. Set the Default Timezone.

Log in to Britixo
Visit https://britixo.com/app/login and log in. -
Go to General Settings
Navigate to:
Setup → Settings → General -
Scroll to Localisation Settings
Locate the section labelled “Default Timezone”. -
Select Your Timezone
From the dropdown, choose the correct timezone for your business operations (e.g., Europe/London for UK businesses).
B. Set the Default Currency.

Go to Currency Settings
From the sidebar:
Setup → Finance → Currencies -
Choose or Add a Currency

You’ll see a list of available currencies

To change the default, click the star icon next to your desired currency

To add a new one, click “New Currency”, fill in:

Currency Name (e.g., British Pound)

Currency Code (e.g., GBP)

Symbol (e.g., £)

Click Save
C. Configure System Language.
Go to Language Settings
Navigate to:
Setup → Settings → Localization-
Choose a Default Language
From the dropdown menu, select your default language (e.g., English). -
Enable Multilingual Support (Optional)

You can allow client portal to support multiple languages

Staff members can also change their own language preferences

Click “Save Settings”
Tips:

Use GBP (£) as your default currency if you’re UK-based.

Keep your timezone accurate — it's critical for task deadlines, invoices, and automation.
