How to Use the Quick Actions Menu in Britixo Practice Management Software?
The Quick Actions Menu helps you access key functions instantly — from anywhere in the system. It’s designed for speed, letting you create clients, tasks, invoices, and more in just two clicks.
A. Accessing the Quick Actions Menu:

Log in to Britixo
Visit https://britixo.com/app/login and sign in. -
Locate the “+” Icon
At the top-right corner of your screen, you’ll see a “+” (plus) icon — this is the Quick Actions button. -
Click the “+” Icon
A dropdown will appear with a list of available quick actions.
B. Available Quick Actions
From this menu, you can instantly perform actions such as:

Add New Client

Add New Invoice
-
Add New Estimate
-
Create New Project
-
Add New Task
-
Add New Ticket
-
Log Time Entry
-
Add New Proposal
-
Upload File
The available actions may vary depending on your user role and module access permissions.
C. Using a Quick Action Example: Create a New Invoice.

D. Customising Quick Actions (Admin Only):
Admins can modify access to certain modules via:
Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions

If a role does not have access to "Invoices", for example, the “Create Invoice” option won't appear for them.
Tips for Power Users:

Use the quick action button as your shortcut hub instead of navigating via the sidebar
