✅ How to Assign and Use Client Groups in Britixo?

Client groups in Britixo allow you to segment your client database for reporting, marketing, and organisation. Grouping clients helps you filter records, personalise communication, and simplify bulk operations across the system.

This guide explains how to create, assign, and manage client groups, and how they can be used across different modules in Britixo.

🔹 Step-by-Step: Create and Assign Client Groups

🧭 Access Client Group Settings

  1. Log in to your account at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Setup → Customers → Groups.

  3. Click the “New Group” button in the top-right corner.

📝 Create a New Group

  1. In the group creation form, enter a Group Name (e.g., VIP Clients, Monthly Retainers, International).

  2. Click Save. Your new group will now be available during client creation or editing.

👥 Assign a Group to a Client

  1. Go to Customers → Clients and click on the client you want to assign to a group.

  2. Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the top right of the client profile.

  3. Scroll to the Groups section.

  4. Select one or multiple groups using the dropdown menu. You can assign a client to more than one group.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

📋 View and Filter by Group

  1. In the Clients list view, you can filter by group to see only the clients that belong to a specific category.

  2. Client groups also appear as labels in the client list and on the client profile page.

🧠 Tips for Using Client Groups

  • Use groups to separate B2B vs B2C clients, retainers vs one-time, or by region.

  • Client groups can help you generate targeted reports or export specific lists.

  • Combine with custom fields for deeper segmentation and tagging.
