✅ How to View and Edit Client Profiles in Britixo?

Each client in Britixo has a dedicated profile page that contains their full company information, contacts, files, notes, transactions, and linked records. You can view or edit these profiles at any time to keep client data accurate and up to date.

This guide explains how to access a client’s profile and make edits to their general info, contact details, address, preferences, and group assignments.

🔹 Step-by-Step: View and Edit a Client Profile

🔍 Access the Client Profile

  1. Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. Go to Customers → Clients from the left sidebar.

  3. Locate the client you want to manage. You can use the search bar or filters to find them quickly.

  4. Click the client’s Company Name to open their full profile.


📝 Edit General Information

  1. In the top-right corner of the client profile, click the Edit icon (🖉).

  2. Update any of the following fields:

  • Company Name

  • Phone, Mobile, Website

  • VAT Number

  • Default Currency or Language

  • Groups – You can add or remove group assignments

  • Default Country and Region

  • Client Portal Access Settings – Toggle login or welcome email options

  1. Scroll down and click Save to apply changes.


🏢 Edit Address Information

  1. In the same edit form, scroll to the Address section.

  2. Update the client’s Street, City, State, Postcode, and Country as needed.

  3. Save your changes. These address details appear on invoices, estimates, and other documents.


📂 View Additional Client Sections

On the client profile page, you can also view and manage:

  • Contacts – Add, edit, or remove individual client users

  • Invoices, Payments, and Estimates – View all financial activity

  • Projects and Tasks – See assigned work and deadlines

  • Notes and Files – Add internal notes or upload attachments

  • Activity Log – Track all changes and user interactions

  • Reminders – Create personal or team reminders linked to the client


🧠 Tip

To ensure accurate reporting, always keep client information up to date, especially when changes occur in billing contacts, company names, or addresses.
