✅ How to View and Manage Client Invoices in Britixo?

Britixo allows you to view all invoices linked to a specific client, create new ones directly from the client profile, and manage payment status in one place. This keeps your billing workflow organised and accessible from each client’s dashboard.

This article explains how to access, create, edit, and track invoices associated with individual clients.

🔹 Step-by-Step: View and Manage Client Invoices

🧭 Access the Client Profile

  1. Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Customers → Clients.

  3. Click on the Client Name to open their profile page.

📄 View Invoices for a Client

  1. In the client profile, click the Invoices tab.

  2. You will see a list of all invoices assigned to this client, including:

  • Invoice Number

  • Date Created

  • Due Date

  • Amount

  • Status (e.g., Unpaid, Paid, Overdue)

  1. Click on any invoice to view full details or download a PDF copy.

➕ Create a New Invoice from the Client Profile

  1. In the same Invoices tab, click the “New Invoice” button.

  2. Fill in the invoice details:

  • Bill To – Pre-filled with the client’s name and address

  • Invoice Date and Due Date

  • Items – Add services or products

  • Tax – Add tax rates if applicable

  • Terms – Add custom terms or use predefined ones

  • Notes – Include optional internal notes

  1. Click Save to generate the invoice.

You’ll be redirected to the invoice view where you can send it by email, download, or mark as sent.

🔁 Edit or Update Existing Invoices

  1. Click the pencil icon (🖉) next to any invoice to make changes.

  2. Update any fields, then click Save again to apply changes.

Note: You can only edit invoices that are in Draft or Unpaid status.

🧠 Tip

You can also filter invoices by status or date from the client profile to quickly review outstanding payments or billing history. Always ensure the client’s address and currency are correct before invoicing.
