Britixo allows staff members to leave internal notes on each client profile. These notes are private and not visible to the client. You can use them to record important updates, internal instructions, or reminders relevant to the client.
This guide explains how to add, view, and manage notes for any client inside Britixo.
🔹 Step-by-Step: Add a Note to a Client
🧭 Access the Client Profile
Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.
From the left-hand menu, go to Customers → Clients.
Click the Client Name to open their profile page.
📝 Add a New Note
Click the “Notes” tab inside the client profile.
In the text field that appears at the top, type your note content.
Notes can be plain text or formatted using basic HTML if supported.
When finished, click the “Add Note” button.
Your note will be saved immediately and listed below, showing the user who added it and the timestamp.
🗂️ Manage Existing Notes
To edit a note, click the pencil icon next to the note (only if your role has permission).
To delete a note, click the trash icon (🗑️).
Notes are listed from newest to oldest, and each displays the author and date added.
🔒 Visibility and Access
All notes are internal only—clients cannot see them through the client portal.
Only staff members with access to the client profile can view or manage notes.
Use notes to log call outcomes, negotiation summaries, special preferences, or unresolved issues.
