✅ How to Use the Quick Actions Menu in Britixo Practice Management Software?

The Quick Actions Menu helps you access key functions instantly — from anywhere in the system. It’s designed for speed, letting you create clients, tasks, invoices, and more in just two clicks.

👥 Step-by-Step Instructions:

🚀 A. Accessing the Quick Actions Menu:

  1. Log in to Britixo
    Visit https://britixo.com/app/login and sign in.

  2. Locate the “+” Icon
At the top-right corner of your screen, you’ll see a “+” (plus) icon — this is the Quick Actions button.

  3. Click the “+” Icon
A dropdown will appear with a list of available quick actions.

✍️ B. Available Quick Actions

From this menu, you can instantly perform actions such as:

  • ➕ Add New Client

  • 📄 Add New Invoice

  • 📧 Add New Estimate

  • 💼 Create New Project

  • ✅ Add New Task

  • 🎫 Add New Ticket

  • 📅 Log Time Entry

  • 📋 Add New Proposal

  • 📂 Upload File

The available actions may vary depending on your user role and module access permissions.

🛠️ C. Using a Quick Action Example: Create a New Invoice.

  1. Click “+” → Select “New Invoice”

  2. A modal or form opens right away

  3. Fill in:

    • Client

    • Invoice date

    • Due date

    • Items or services

    • Tax and totals

  4. Click Save — and you’re done without leaving the current page

🔄 D. Customising Quick Actions (Admin Only):

Admins can modify access to certain modules via:
Setup → Staff → Roles → Permissions

  • If a role does not have access to "Invoices", for example, the “Create Invoice” option won't appear for them.

💡 Tips for Power Users:

  • Use the quick action button as your shortcut hub instead of navigating via the sidebar

  • For time-tracking users, logging time is much faster through Quick Actions

  • Combine with keyboard shortcuts (if enabled) for even faster navigation
