1. Clients Log In to Their Account


2. Access the ‘Invoices’ Section

  • From the left-hand menu, clients click on Invoices.

  • They’ll see a list of all issued invoices, including:

    • Invoice number

    • Status (Unpaid, Paid, Overdue)

    • Amount due

    • Due date


3. View or Download Invoices

  • Clients can click on any invoice to open a detailed view.

  • From there, they can:

    • View line items, taxes, and discounts

    • Download a PDF copy of the invoice

    • Print the invoice directly from the browser
