✅ How to Customise and Brand Sales Documents in Britixo
Britixo allows you to customise the appearance of your sales documents—including invoices, estimates, proposals, and credit notes. You can upload your logo, change colour schemes, set default notes, and manage PDF templates for a fully branded client experience.
This article walks you through branding your sales documents in Britixo.
Upload Your Company Logo
Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.
Go to Setup → Settings → Company.
Upload your company logo (JPG or PNG format).
This logo appears on all sales documents
You can also upload a small logo for mobile and client portal use
Click Save Settings to apply changes.
Configure Document Layout and Format
Go to Setup → Settings → PDF Templates.
Select the module you want to customise (e.g., Invoice, Estimate, Proposal).
Available settings include:
Header and Footer Content
Default Font
Colour Scheme / Accent Color
Show/Hide Company Address, Phone, Email
Footer Legal Text or Terms
Signature Display (client and/or staff)
Language for Client Documents
Changes made here affect the appearance of the generated PDF documents.
Click Preview to test how the template looks before saving.
Set Default Notes and Terms
Go to Setup → Settings → Sales.
For each module (invoices, proposals, etc.), you can set:
Default Client Notes
Default Terms and Conditions
Default Tags (optional for internal use)
These are auto-filled whenever you create a new document—saving time and maintaining consistency.
Tip
Use colour schemes that match your brand, and upload a high-resolution logo for best results. Keeping terms and conditions uniform across documents helps establish trust and legal clarity.
