✅ How to Create and Manage To-Do Lists in Britixo?

Managing leads in Britixo includes the ability to update lead details or permanently remove leads that are no longer needed. You can modify any lead’s information, change its status, reassign staff, or delete it entirely—provided no critical records are linked.

This guide explains how to safely edit or delete leads in Britixo.

🔹 Editing a Lead

  1. Log in to your Britixo account at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Sales → Leads.

  3. Find the lead you want to edit in the list or kanban view.

  4. Click the edit icon (🖉) at the end of the row.

  5. In the edit form, update any of the following fields:

  • Lead Name

  • Email / Phone / Website

  • Company Name

  • Assigned Staff Member

  • Status – e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified

  • Source – e.g., Website, Referral, Email

  • Tags

  • Lead Value / Contacted Date

  • Custom Fields

  • Lead Description / Notes

  1. Click Save to update the lead.

🔸 Deleting a Lead

If a lead is no longer needed, it can be deleted—but only if it is not already converted to a client.

  1. Go to Sales → Leads.

  2. Click the lead name to open the full lead profile.

  3. In the top-right corner, click the Actions Menu (three dots).

  4. Choose Delete Lead.

  5. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up prompt.

⚠️ Deleting a lead is permanent. If the lead has already been converted to a client, the delete option will no longer be available. In that case, you'll need to manage the client record separately.

🔐 Permissions Note

Only staff members with the proper permissions can delete leads. If the delete option is not visible, check user role settings under Setup → Staff Roles and Permissions.

💡 Tip

If you're not ready to delete a lead, consider changing its status to Lost or Junk instead. This keeps the lead record for future reference while removing it from active follow-ups.
