✅ How to Filter, Export, and Report on Sales Data in Britixo

Britixo includes built-in tools to filter, export, and report on all your sales data—including invoices, estimates, payments, and credit notes. These features help you monitor performance, manage outstanding balances, and export structured data for analysis or accounting.

This article explains how to work with filters, exports, and sales reports.

🔍 Use Filters to Refine Sales Lists

  1. Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. Navigate to any sales module: Invoices, Estimates, Proposals, or Credit Notes.

  3. Click the Filter icon near the top right.

🧾 Common Filter Options

You can filter by:

  • Client Name

  • Invoice/Estimate Status (e.g., Paid, Overdue, Draft)

  • Date Range (e.g., This Month, Last Year)

  • Assigned Staff

  • Tags

  • Currency

  • Amount Range

  • Payment Status

  1. Click Apply Filters to view refined results.

  2. Use Clear Filters to reset the list.

📤 Export Sales Data to CSV

  1. After applying filters (or not), click the Export button.

  2. Choose Export to CSV or Export to Excel.

Britixo will download the filtered results, including line-item details such as:

  • Invoice or Estimate ID

  • Client Info

  • Totals, Taxes, Discounts

  • Status

  • Assigned Staff

  • Dates and Reference Numbers

📈 Access Sales Summary Reports

  1. Go to Reports → Sales from the left-hand menu.

  2. Choose a report type:

  • Sales by Client

  • Sales by Staff

  • Total Invoices Issued

  • Monthly Sales Totals

  • Taxes Collected

  • Overdue Invoices

  • Proposals by Status

  1. Set date ranges and filters for each report as needed.

Reports are shown visually (bar, line, or pie charts), and can be exported to PDF or CSV.

🧠 Tip

Use reports monthly or quarterly to track cash flow, staff performance, and pipeline value. Export data to your accountant or link with your preferred bookkeeping tools for deeper insights.
