How to Qualify, Convert, and Move Leads Through Stages in Britixo?
In Britixo, each lead progresses through a defined lifecycle using statuses and conversion tools. You can qualify leads, update their status, assign them to staff, and eventually convert them into full clients with one click when ready.
This guide walks you through how to manage and convert leads correctly, using only the actual features available in Britixo.
Step-by-Step: Manage and Convert Leads
Access the Leads Module
Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.
Go to Sales → Leads from the left-hand menu.
You will see all leads in either list view or kanban view, depending on your selected layout.
Change Lead Status (Qualify or Disqualify)
Locate the lead you want to update.
Click the Edit icon (🖉) or drag the lead to a different status column if using Kanban view.
Choose from existing lead statuses such as:
New – Just added or imported
Contacted – Initial contact made
Qualified – Ready for a proposal or estimate
Lost – Disqualified or not interested
Junk – Spam or invalid
Customer – Already converted
Click Save to apply the new status.
You can customise lead statuses under Setup → Leads → Statuses.
Assign Lead to a Sales Staff
While editing a lead, choose the Assigned Staff member from the dropdown.
Click Save to notify the staff member (if notifications are enabled).
Staff can only view leads assigned to them unless they have permission to view all.
Convert Lead to Client
Once a lead is fully qualified and ready to do business, convert it into a client:
Click the lead name to open the lead profile page.
In the top-right, click the “Convert to Customer” button.
You will be prompted to:
Create a Client Record
Create a Primary Contact for that client
Optionally create a Proposal or Project linked to the conversion
Transfer all notes, attachments, and custom fields from the lead to the client profile
Review the fields, make any changes, and click Save & Convert.
Once converted, the lead will no longer appear in the leads section. All data is moved to the client area.
View Conversion History
You can view the conversion log for each lead before it is converted by clicking on the Activity Log tab inside the lead profile.
After conversion, their timeline continues under the client profile.

Use lead statuses and stages to build a visual sales pipeline. Regularly update the status and assign follow-up reminders to avoid losing qualified opportunities.
