✅ How to Use Kanban View and Custom Filters for Leads in Britixo

Britixo offers both list and Kanban views to help you manage leads visually and efficiently. The Kanban board allows you to drag and drop leads between statuses, while filters let you segment leads by source, staff, date, or other custom criteria.

This guide explains how to use Kanban view and apply filters to organise your sales pipeline more effectively.

🔹 Switch to Kanban View

  1. Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. Go to Sales → Leads.

  3. In the top-right corner, click the Kanban icon (board layout symbol) to switch from list view to Kanban view.

📌 Manage Leads on the Kanban Board

  1. Each column represents a Lead Status (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified).

  2. Leads appear as cards showing:

  • Lead Name

  • Company

  • Assigned Staff

  • Tags

  • Source

  1. To change a lead’s status, simply drag and drop the card to a different column.

  2. Click the expand icon (🔍) or lead name on any card to open the full lead profile.

🎯 Apply Custom Filters

  1. In either Kanban or list view, click the Filters button (top-right).

  2. Apply one or more of the following filters:

  • Assigned Staff

  • Status

  • Source

  • Date Added

  • Tags

  • Lead Value

  • Email or Phone

  1. Click Apply Filters to update the view. You can also Save filters for future use.

🔁 Reset or Switch Views

  • Click Clear Filters to return to the full lead list.

  • Use the List View icon to switch back to traditional table format.

Both views sync with real-time data, so any update in one view reflects across all users instantly.

🧠 Tip

Use Kanban view for visual pipeline tracking and to keep your team focused on moving leads forward. Save your most-used filters to quickly isolate hot leads or recent web submissions.
