✅ How to View Lead Activity Logs and Timelines in Britixo?

Britixo automatically logs all actions taken on a lead—such as updates, assignments, comments, and status changes. These logs help you monitor lead progress, maintain accountability, and trace communication history for internal reviews.

This article explains how to access the activity log and timeline for any lead in the system.

🔹 Accessing the Lead Activity Log

  1. Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login.

  2. Navigate to Sales → Leads.

  3. Click on the lead name to open the lead profile.

📜 View the Activity Log

  1. Inside the lead profile, scroll down and locate the Activity Log or Timeline section (depending on your layout).

  2. The log displays a chronological list of actions taken, including:

  • Lead created by

  • Lead updated (e.g., status change, reassignment, field edits)

  • Emails sent or replied

  • Notes added

  • Lead converted to customer

  • Files uploaded

  • Form submitted (if created via web form)

  • Auto-generated activities (e.g., system tasks)

Each activity includes a timestamp and the name of the staff member who performed the action.

🔍 Filter or Review Specific Events

  • You can scroll through the list or use your browser search (Ctrl+F) to locate specific actions.

  • For detailed communication history, also check the Email and Notes sections within the lead profile.

📂 Exporting or Printing Activity Logs

While Britixo does not include a direct "export log" feature for leads, you can print the lead profile (including activity history) using your browser’s print-to-PDF option for internal audits or documentation.

🧠 Tip

Encourage staff to always add notes after important interactions. These notes and actions are automatically timestamped and become part of the lead's permanent history.
