Britixo lets you define how proposals behave across your CRM environment. From numbering format to default templates and email behaviour, configuring global proposal settings helps ensure consistency and saves time across your entire team.
⚙️ Step-by-Step: Access Global Proposal Settings
🛠️ 1. Navigate to Settings
Go to the top-right Settings (⚙️) icon
Click Settings > Sales > Proposals
You’ll now see the full panel for proposal configuration.
🔢 2. Set Proposal Number Format
Options include:
Number Based (e.g. PRO-0001)
Year/Number Based (e.g. PRO-2025-001)
Year/Month/Number Based (e.g. PRO-2025-08-001)
These formats help with yearly or monthly resets and provide better organisation.
