Sending Proposal Reminders to Clients in Britixo.
📘 Introduction:
If a client hasn’t responded to a proposal, you can send a polite reminder directly from Britixo. These reminders help prompt the client to review, accept, or respond, keeping your sales process active and reducing lost opportunities.
✉️ Step-by-Step: Send a Proposal Reminder
📄 1. Access the Proposal
Go to Sales > Proposals
Use the filters to locate a proposal with status Sent or Viewed
Click the View icon to open the proposal
🔔 2. Click “Send Reminder”
At the top right of the proposal view:
Click the More icon (three vertical dots)
Select Send Reminder
This opens a pre-filled email window.
✍️ 3. Review and Customise the Message
You’ll see:

Britixo logs the reminder in the proposal activity feed, including the date and recipient.
🔁 Resending More Than Once
You can send multiple reminders if needed:
Follow the same steps again
Each reminder is logged separately
❗ Avoid spamming—space reminders reasonably to keep communication professional.
🧠 Activity Tracking
In the proposal view, scroll down to the Activity Log to see:
When the reminder was sent
Whether the client viewed the proposal afterward
✅ Tips:
