Viewing and Managing All Proposals in Britixo CRM?
📘 Introduction:
Britixo provides a centralised area where you can access and manage all your proposals. Whether you're tracking client responses, filtering by sales agents, or following up on open quotes, this section offers the tools you need to stay organised and proactive.
🧭 Step-by-Step: View All Proposals
📄 1. Go to the Proposals Section
From the left sidebar, click Sales > Proposals
You’ll land on the Proposals List page, which displays all proposals your staff can access.
📋 2. Understand the Proposal Table
Each row in the table includes:
Proposal #
Subject
Client or Lead
Total Amount
Date Created
Open Till (Expiry)
Status (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined, Expired)
Assigned Staff
Icons on the right allow quick actions:
📄 View
✏️ Edit
📨 Send to Email
📤 Convert to Invoice or Project
🗑️ Delete
🔍 3. Filter and Search Proposals
Use the top bar filters to refine the list:
Filter by Status: Draft, Accepted, etc.
Filter by Sales Agent or Assigned Staff
Filter by Customer or Lead
Use the Search box to find by subject, client name, or proposal ID
🔁 These filters help you focus on proposals that need attention—like those awaiting acceptance.
🔄 4. Bulk Actions
You can perform actions on multiple proposals at once:
Tick checkboxes next to proposals
Use the bulk action dropdown (if enabled for your user role)
Example: Delete multiple drafts
🧠 5. View Linked Records
When you open a proposal:
You can view the related customer, lead, invoice, or project (if it was converted)
Use the navigation tabs or direct links shown at the top
✅ Tips:
Sort by Open Till to prioritise expiring proposals
Use status tags to follow up on Viewed but not Accepted proposals
Assign proposals to staff for accountability and tracking
