✅ Managing Property Listings in Britixo for Real Estate Practice Management Software / CRM.

Introduction

In Britixo Practice Management Software for Real Estate, property listings are the backbone of your operations. Each listing stores key details, from pricing and photos to ownership and availability status. Managing these listings efficiently ensures potential buyers and tenants see accurate, up-to-date information at all times.

Step-by-Step: Managing Property Listings in Britixo

🏠 1. Accessing the Property Management Module

  • From the left menu, select Properties.

  • This opens the full property listing database, including active, pending, and archived entries.

➕ 2. Adding a New Property Listing

  1. Click Add New Property.

  2. Fill in:

    • Property Title (e.g., “2-Bedroom Apartment in London”).

    • Category – Sale or Rental.

    • Property Type – Residential, Commercial, Land, etc.

    • Price – Sale price or rental rate.

    • Location – Address, city, postcode.

    • Owner – Select from existing contacts or add a new one.

  3. Upload Photos/Videos for marketing purposes.

  4. Set Availability Status (For Sale, For Lease, Sold, Rented).

  5. Save the listing.

✏ 3. Editing an Existing Property

  • Use the search bar or filters to locate the property.

  • Click Edit, update details such as price, description, or status, and save changes.

  • If a property is marked as Sold or Rented, it will automatically update related reports and the dashboard.

📂 4. Archiving or Deleting a Property

  • Archive keeps the record for history but hides it from active listings.

  • Delete removes the property entirely from the system (use with caution).

🔍 5. Filtering and Sorting Properties

  • Filter by status, location, owner, or type.

  • Sort by newest, oldest, price, or alphabetical order.

  • Ideal for large portfolios with hundreds of listings.

💡 Tip: Keeping your listings updated not only improves internal accuracy but also ensures any linked portals or client-facing views remain correct.
