✅ Sale and Lease Request Management in Britixo for Real Estate Practice Management Software / CRM.

Introduction

In Britixo Practice Management Software for Real Estate, the Sale & Lease Request Management feature streamlines how agencies and brokers capture, review, and process requests from clients. Whether it’s a request to purchase a property or lease a commercial unit, Britixo provides a centralised system to manage these leads and move them towards successful deals.

Step-by-Step: Managing Sale & Lease Requests in Britixo

📨 1. Accessing Requests

  • From the left menu, select Requests.

  • Use the tabs to switch between Sale Requests and Lease Requests.

🆕 2. Adding a New Request Manually

  1. Click Add Request.

  2. Fill in details:

    • Requester Name & Contact Information

    • Property Type (residential, commercial, land, etc.)

    • Request Type (Sale or Lease)

    • Budget / Price Range

    • Preferred Location

    • Special Requirements (parking, number of rooms, etc.)

  3. Assign to a sales or leasing agent.

📩 3. Capturing Requests via Online Forms

  • If your Britixo account is connected to your website, client form submissions can automatically create a request record.

  • Map form fields to Britixo request fields for accurate data entry.

🔄 4. Tracking Request Status

  • Each request can have statuses such as New, In Review, Matched with Property, Converted, or Closed.

  • Update the status regularly to maintain an accurate pipeline view.

🏷 5. Converting Requests to Listings or Deals

  • If a match is found, open the request and click Convert to Listing or Create Deal.

  • This links the request to the relevant property and moves it to the active transaction stage.

💡 Tip: Use Britixo’s filtering and tagging tools to quickly find high-priority requests or match them to available inventory.
