How to Import Clients in Bulk via CSV in Britixo?
Have a list of clients you want to upload all at once? Britixo lets you import clients quickly using a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file.
Log in to Britixo Go to https://britixo.com/app/login and sign in.
Navigate to the Import Tool From the left sidebar, go to: Customers → Clients → More Options (3 dots) → Import Clients
Download the Sample CSV File
Click Download Sample File
This file contains the correct headers and format required by Britixo
Fill in Your Client Data Open the sample CSV in Excel or Google Sheets and add your data under the relevant columns:
company , firstname , lastname , email , phonenumber , address , city , postcode , country , etc.
Save Your File as CSV (UTF-8) Once done, save or export your file as CSV UTF-8 (.csv) format.
Upload the File to Britixo
Go back to the Import Clients screen
Click Choose File and select your saved CSV
Click Upload
Map the Columns
Britixo will attempt to auto-detect and match the columns
Review and manually adjust any mismatched fields
Start the Import Click the Import button to process the data.
Review Imported Clients Once finished, you’ll see a success message. Navigate to Customers → Clients to see your newly added entries.
Important Notes:
Ensure email addresses are unique — duplicates will be skipped.
Fields like company , email , and country are commonly required.
Always back up your original data before importing.
