✅ How to Create and Embed Lead Capture Forms in Britixo
Britixo allows you to build web-to-lead forms that can be embedded on your website to automatically generate leads. Submitted forms instantly create new leads in your CRM, with all the mapped fields, source tracking, and staff assignment options preconfigured.
This guide walks you through creating, customising, and embedding lead forms into your website without writing code.
🔹 Create a New Web-to-Lead Form
Log in to Britixo at https://britixo.com/app/login .
Navigate to Sales → Leads → Web to Lead Form .
Click Create Form in the top-right corner.
📝 Configure Form Settings
Enter a Form Name (for internal use).
Choose the Assigned Staff who will handle submissions.
Set a Default Status (e.g., New, Contacted).
Set a Default Source (e.g., Website).
Optional settings:
Post Submit Message – Displayed after the user submits the form.
Redirect URL – Redirects the user to a custom thank-you page.
Enable reCAPTCHA – Helps prevent spam submissions.
Allow Duplicate Emails – Enable only if necessary.
Notify Assigned Staff – Sends an email when a new lead is captured.
Click Next to design the form.
🧱 Design the Form Layout
Use the drag-and-drop builder to add fields like:
Name
Phone
Company
Message
Custom Fields (based on your setup)
You can set which fields are required and rearrange them as needed.
Click Generate Form when done.
💻 Embed the Form on Your Website
After generating the form, Britixo will give you a block of HTML code .
Copy the entire code snippet and paste it into your website’s HTML — for example, inside a contact page, landing page, or WordPress HTML block.
The form is now live and will send data directly to Britixo’s Leads module.
📋 View and Manage Form Submissions
Each submission will create a new lead with assigned staff, status, and source set as per your form settings.
To view these leads, go to Sales → Leads and filter by source (e.g., "Website").
🧠 Tip
Create separate forms for different campaigns, departments, or landing pages, and tag them accordingly using sources or hidden fields. This allows accurate tracking of marketing performance.
