Download or Print Proposals as PDF in Britixo.
📘 Introduction:
Britixo allows you to generate PDF versions of any proposal, either for downloading, printing, or archiving. This is useful for sharing via external platforms, offline discussions, or storing a signed hard copy.
🧭 Step-by-Step: Generate a PDF of a Proposal
📄 1. Open the Proposal
Go to Sales > Proposals
Click the View icon next to the proposal you want to download
📥 2. Click the Download Button
At the top-right of the proposal view:
Click the Download icon (downward arrow) or
Use the More dropdown and select Download PDF
A professionally formatted PDF will be generated, which includes:
Your company logo and details
Client name and address
Line items, totals, taxes, discounts
Notes, terms, and signature (if accepted)
🖨️ Print the Proposal
Once the PDF is generated:
You can open it in your browser or PDF reader
Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac)
Choose a connected printer and hit Print
🖋️ Signed proposals will include the signature image, date, and IP log at the bottom.
🧾 Tips for Clean PDFs
Ensure your proposal content is structured clearly
Use consistent templates with proper spacing
Avoid placing long unbroken text that could split awkwardly in print
✅ Notes:
Clients can also download the proposal PDF from their view link
PDF generation works for all proposal statuses (Draft, Sent, Accepted, etc.)
Britixo uses your system font and branding for consistency.
