Find Sales CRM from the Sales menu
Open the CRM sections from the native Sales arrow menu and use direct links to the workspace you need.
Where to goMain navigation → Sales & Finance → Sales → CRM section
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Open Sales & Finance in the main navigation, then expand the arrow beside Sales. In a sidebar layout, expand Sales directly.
- Choose Deals & pipeline to manage opportunities, Forecast & targets to review projections, or CRM reports to analyse sales.
- Choose Customer relationships for relationship tools, Sales actions for reusable actions, or CRM import & export for data transfer.
- Choose Products & pricing when your role includes native Items viewing access. Administrators can choose Sales CRM setup.
- Use the section tabs inside Sales CRM to move between these areas. You can bookmark the resulting address to return directly to that section.
- When arriving from a dashboard KPI, check the displayed filters. All pipelines opens a list with a Pipeline column. Choose one pipeline and Apply to enable Board view.
Behavior and limits
- The CRM destinations are children of the existing Sales menu. Native proposals, estimates, invoices, payments, credit notes and items remain available according to existing permissions.
- Six CRM links are shown to staff with Sales CRM viewing access. Products & pricing additionally requires native Items View; Sales CRM setup requires administrator access. Editing, importing, exporting and administrative actions retain their own permissions after a section is opened.
- Native module availability and the current workspace access rules still apply. A menu link does not grant a new permission or reveal another workspace’s records.
- Direct section bookmarks use the final part of the address: #deals, #forecast, #reports, #relationships, #macros, #transfer, #pricing or #pipelines. An unknown or unavailable section opens Deals.
- The menu names CRM reports, Customer relationships, CRM import & export and Sales CRM setup open the workspace tabs Reports, Relationships, Import & export and Sales setup respectively.
- All pipelines is a list view because different pipelines can have different stages. Selecting a single pipeline enables its existing board. New deal chooses an active pipeline, which you should review before saving.
- An existing menu customisation or hidden dashboard widget can affect what is visible; normal native personalisation settings are preserved.
Check it worked
- Expand the Sales arrow and confirm that the CRM links and your existing native sales tools are present.
- Select the required CRM link and confirm the matching workspace tab is selected.
- Open a bookmarked section using your own authorised account.
- For a dashboard link, inspect the pipeline, outcome, dates, health and currency filters before acting on a record.
Troubleshooting
- If a CRM link is missing, check the current workspace and your Sales CRM viewing permission. Pricing and setup have additional access requirements.
- If the old menu remains visible after an update, reload the page and reopen the Sales arrow.
- If a direct link returns to Deals, the requested section may be unavailable to your role or the bookmark may contain an unsupported section name.
- If Board is disabled, choose one pipeline and Apply. All pipelines intentionally uses List.
- If a record or action is unavailable, use the normal staff access process; changing the URL does not change permissions.
