Read and export a customer reporting map
Navigate managers and direct reports, switch to the full relationship list and export the loaded map safely.
Where to goSales CRM → Relationships → Customer → Map, List or Export map list
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Use Focus on contact to choose a person, or select a card in the map.
- Read Recorded reporting manager above the selected contact and Direct reports below.
- Select a manager or direct-report card to move the focus through the recorded structure.
- Choose All top-level contacts to return to contacts with no recorded manager.
- Switch to List for the complete set of included contacts, observed titles, levels and direct-report counts.
- Choose Refresh to load the latest saved map, or Export map list to download the map currently loaded.
Behavior and limits
- The focused Map shows a selected person, their immediate recorded manager and their immediate direct reports. It is intentionally readable without displaying the entire structure at once.
- List includes every selected map contact. Selecting a person’s name in the list opens that contact in the focused Map.
- Level one identifies a top-level contact in this recorded map. A direct-report count includes immediate children only, not every descendant.
- On small screens, the map stacks the manager, selected contact and direct-report cards vertically. List rows become labelled cards so details remain readable.
- The CSV includes the customer, active/retired status, map version, update time, contact names, managers, observed titles, levels, direct-report counts and current membership status.
- Export uses the currently loaded map. Refresh first if you need current changes made by another editor. It does not export contact email addresses, phone numbers or unrelated native fields.
- Formula-like text is escaped as text in CSV output. Review spreadsheet import settings as part of your normal workflow.
- An unavailable contact is a repair placeholder, not a source of current details about a person who moved to another customer.
Check it worked
- Check the customer name, active state, version and update time before using an export.
- Compare a selected contact’s manager with its row in List.
- Confirm that direct-report counts represent immediate reporting relationships.
Troubleshooting
- If a person is absent, they may not have been included in this map; use the existing native customer contact area to inspect the full contact list.
- If a card has no direct reports, none are recorded in this map. That does not prove the contact has no team.
- If an older export differs from the map, check for changed relationships, titles, native names or contact membership.
- If you are unsure whether a relationship is current, ask the appropriate customer contact to verify it through your normal business process.
