Where to goSales CRM → Opportunity → Review capacity assignment → Export assessment; Sales setup → Territory → Capacity & skills → Recent routing history

Before you start

Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.

Follow these steps

  1. Calculate an assignment with the intended territory and current opportunity.
  2. Choose Export assessment to download every evaluated current territory member.
  3. Check the CSV’s opportunity, territory, strategy, assessment time and recommended owner ID.
  4. After applying an assignment, inspect the opportunity’s Deal history for the recorded action.
  5. As an administrator, open Capacity & skills and expand Recent routing history to review configuration reasons and applied assignment reasons.

Behavior and limits

  • The assessment CSV includes staff ID, name, recommendation or exclusion status, other-open count, projected load, capacity, declared availability, declared skills, missing skills and explanations.
  • The export includes every evaluated member, including excluded candidates; it is not restricted to the visible cards.
  • An assessment export is a record of the loaded calculation, not proof that an assignment was applied. It contains no customer contact details or opportunity values.
  • Changing the selected territory clears the loaded assessment and export until a new calculation succeeds.
  • Formula-safe CSV handling protects formula-like text. Treat IDs as identifiers and check spreadsheet import settings if values are reformatted.
  • The normal opportunity history records successful reviewed routing. The territory history shows the latest 50 configuration and applied-routing actions with reason, time and actor.
  • Configuration and assignment reasons are stored for review; no retained copies of prior full profile configurations are created.
  • Retiring a territory or disabling capacity routing preserves existing history and configuration. New actions still require current permissions and eligibility.

Check it worked

  • Compare the number of exported member rows with Member evaluations.
  • Check the assessment timestamp and selected staff ID before sharing the file with authorised colleagues.
  • Use the applied opportunity history or territory history to verify an actual assignment.
  • Check the recorded reason when investigating why settings or ownership changed.

Troubleshooting

  • If Export assessment is unavailable, complete Calculate assignment first.
  • An exported recommendation can become stale; calculate again before applying it.
  • If an older action is outside the latest 50 territory entries, use the affected opportunity’s existing history where available.
  • If a change was made through another assignment method, it will not be presented as a reviewed capacity-routing action.
  • If no one qualifies, the export still documents all evaluated members and their exclusion reasons.
