Open the Client Discovery Dashboard
Review request references, type, customer/business, status, progress, deadline and actions.
Open Create Client Brief
Open the administrator form used to generate a secure website, software or custom-template request.
Select the brief type
Choose Website, Custom Software or an active custom form template.
Search for an existing CRM customer
Use live client lookup before creating a linked request.
Use customer autofill
Selecting a customer can fill company, primary contact, email, phone, website and address from CRM records.
Select the recipient contact
Load active contacts for the selected customer and choose the person receiving the secure invitation.
Complete business or website name
Record the organisation, website or project identity shown throughout the brief.
Complete recipient name
Enter the person expected to complete the brief.
Complete recipient email
Enter a valid address for the secure invitation and status emails.
Set the internal deadline
Record the team deadline used for internal planning.
Assign active staff
Choose an active staff member responsible for the brief.
Create a customer-linked brief
Select a CRM customer/contact so the request appears in the customer account and eligible client portal.
Create a standalone secure brief
Leave the CRM client unlinked and provide direct recipient/business details for a standalone request.
Understand references and secure tokens
The model creates request identifiers and a secure token used by recipient URLs.
Open a request record
Select a dashboard row to review answers, scopes, uploads, activity and signature evidence.
Open linked customer context
Use the Client context action to move between the brief and the related CRM customer.
Open the secure client form
Use Open Client Form to test or review the exact recipient journey.
Copy the secure form link
Copy only for an authorised recipient and treat the token as confidential.
Review briefs from a customer profile
Open the module customer tab to see requests linked to that customer.
Delete a discovery request
Use Delete only with the module Delete permission; the controller removes related records and stored upload/signature files.
Understand request deletion impact
Deletion removes answers, uploads, activity, email logs, signatures and request context rather than archiving the brief.
Understand the open-applications top-bar count
The count excludes only statuses normalised as Completed & Delivered and includes all other/blank states.
