Choose Document status
Select the displayed document status for the uploaded evidence.
Set document Expiry date
Record the certificate or evidence expiry date where applicable.
Write document notes
Record useful context for the uploaded files.
Understand document visibility
Recognise that administrator uploads in the supplied view are forced to landlord-visible.
Download a case document as staff
Use the document row download action with View permission.
Delete a case document
Use the document delete action, confirm the permanent record/file removal and retain timeline/audit evidence.
Resolve a missing stored file
Recognise a document record whose physical upload is unavailable and avoid presenting it as downloadable.
Understand stored filenames
Recognise that uploaded files use generated storage names rather than trusting the original filename.
List available property compliance targets
Load eligible property compliance record types for the linked property.
Link a final certificate to property compliance
Choose an eligible target and synchronise the selected final certificate.
Understand final certificate status changes
Recognise that successful synchronisation may set the document status to final issued.
Review final-certificate sync evidence
Confirm the landlord-visible timeline event and audit record created after synchronisation.

Link the case to an eligible property before selecting a compliance target.
