Use the compliance application register
Review all active cases in the professional register.
Read the Total KPI
Count all active, non-deleted compliance applications.
Read the Waiting Landlord KPI
Identify cases whose current status requires landlord action.
Read the With Authority KPI
Identify submitted, acknowledged, authority-review and authority-query cases.
Read the Completed KPI
Identify approved, completed, case-completed and renewal-reminder cases.
Read the Overdue KPI
Identify cases whose expected due date has passed and are not in a completed or renewal state.
Search the register
Search by case reference, landlord, service, authority or status using the browser search field.
Understand register columns
Read Reference, Landlord, Service/Requirement, Authority, Status, Last Update and Action.
Open a compliance case
Select View from the case row to open status, journey, proposal, documents, timeline and audit-linked information.
Create a compliance case
Open New Application and submit the landlord, service and professional case information.
Edit a compliance case
Open Edit, update permitted case fields and retain the same reference and linked evidence.
Save a new or edited case
Submit the case form and handle required-field validation or successful redirection.
Understand generated case references
Recognise the generated FCA date-and-random-suffix reference attached to a new case.
Link the correct landlord
Select an existing CRM client as the required case owner.
Link an optional property
Choose an available property record or leave the case unlinked until one is available.
Soft-delete a case
Use Delete from the case view, confirm the action and retain the historical record with a deleted timestamp.
Understand client ownership
Recognise that client-portal access is limited to applications whose client ID matches the authenticated customer.
Understand tenant-aware administrator links
Use links generated for the active tenant path when the CRM is served from a tenant subdirectory.
