Activate the inventory module
Activate the module and allow its installer and migrations to create or update required records.

Assign item catalogue permissions
Grant View global, Create, Edit and Delete for item records.

Grant View own, View global, Create, Edit and Delete for receiving vouchers.

Grant View own, View global, Create, Edit and Delete for delivery vouchers, plus serial-number editing where needed.
Assign packing, transfer and adjustment permissions
Grant the separate capabilities for packing lists, internal delivery notes, loss and adjustment, and return orders.

Grant warehouse View/Create/Edit/Assign/Delete, history View, report View and settings View/Create/Edit/Delete.
Understand compiled feature switches
Recognise that Brand/Model/Series settings are disabled, Proposal integration is active, and the legacy old-customer proposal branch is disabled.
Deactivate without assuming data removal
Deactivate the module through the CRM module lifecycle and verify whether data remains available after reactivation.
