📘 Introduction:
Britixo CRM UK allows your clients to securely access their invoices, view payment history, and make online payments through their client portal. This feature simplifies billing, increases trust, and encourages faster payments—all while keeping your practice management workflow efficient.
👥 Step-by-Step: Client Access to Invoices
1. Clients Log In to Their Account
Clients visit your portal login page: https://britixo.com/app/login
They enter their email and password to securely access their dashboard.
2. Access the ‘Invoices’ Section
From the left-hand menu, clients click on Invoices .
They’ll see a list of all issued invoices, including:
Invoice number
Status (Unpaid, Paid, Overdue)
Amount due
Due date
3. View or Download Invoices
Clients can click on any invoice to open a detailed view.
From there, they can:
View line items, taxes, and discounts
Download a PDF copy of the invoice
Print the invoice directly from the browser
💳 Step-by-Step: Making Payments via the Client Portal
1. Open an Unpaid Invoice
The invoice view screen will show a Pay Now button if a payment gateway is enabled.
2. Choose a Payment Method
Clients select from available options (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
They enter their payment details and confirm.
3. Instant Confirmation
Upon successful payment:
The invoice status updates to Paid .
The client receives an email confirmation.
You’re notified within the Britixo admin panel.
📁 Step-by-Step: Viewing Payment History
Clients go to the Payments section under their account menu.
They can view:
Payment dates
Amounts paid
Invoices they relate to
All payment entries are downloadable as receipts.

Ensure payment gateways are active to enable online payments.

Encourage clients to bookmark the login page for easy access.
