Britixo CRM UK enables your business to invoice international clients effortlessly. The built-in multi-currency feature lets you bill clients in their local currency, automatically adjusting for accurate exchange rates, ensuring your practice management software maintains accurate and professional billing records.
🌍 Step-by-Step: Set Up Multi-Currency Invoicing in Britixo
1. Navigate to Currency Settings
Go to Settings > Finance > Currencies from your Britixo dashboard.
2. Add New Currencies
Click Add Currency .
Enter the currency details including:
Currency Name (e.g., Euro, US Dollar)
Currency Code (e.g., EUR, USD)
Currency Symbol (€ or $)
Exchange Rate (against your base currency)
Click Save .
You can add as many currencies as needed.
3. Set Client’s Default Currency
To set a specific currency for your client:
Navigate to Clients and open the client profile.
Under the Billing Details , select the preferred Currency from the dropdown.
Save the changes.
4. Create a Multi-Currency Invoice
When creating an invoice:
Select the client (their currency preference is auto-applied).
Items and totals automatically display in the client's currency.
You can manually adjust the exchange rate per invoice, if required.
