Before you start

Use Flow alongside the active Property & Compliance Management module. Flow connects existing property records with exceptions, work orders, automation, accounting and stakeholder access.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Property Management Flow and review the Control Room.
  2. Choose a property in Open a Digital Twin to see its connected record.
  3. Use Autopilot for compliance exceptions and Workflow Control for repair progression.
  4. Use Accounting & Arrears for operational rent records, then Zero-Chase for reviewed follow-up rules.
  5. Open Portal Policies before deciding which functions stakeholders should see.
  6. Use Migration only when introducing records from another system.

Fields, rules and limits

  • The ten feature areas are Digital Twin, Compliance Autopilot, Zero-Chase, Health & Risk, AI Manager, Workflow Control, PRS Readiness, stakeholder portals, Accounting & Arrears, and Migration.

Check it worked

Each workspace should open within your authorised property scope. Existing property and compliance records remain the authoritative records.

If something does not look right

If a tab is missing, check Flow access, native domain permissions and module availability. A new Flow permission does not grant access to every property.

Questions and answers

Does Flow replace the merged module?

No. Property & Compliance Management holds the native property, tenancy, maintenance, supplier and compliance records. Flow adds coordination and intelligence over those records.

Which version does this guide cover?

The source reviewed on 26 October 2026 declares Flow 2.3.3. Its bundled 2.2.0 README is older than that source.

Does opening a dashboard run all automation?

No. Scheduled work runs through the host cron; Evaluate active rules is a separate action that can execute approved or automatic work.
