Creating and Managing Property Owners in Britixo Real Estate or Property Management Software UK.
Introduction
Property Owners in Britixo represent individuals or organisations that supply or own the properties you manage. These profiles are essential because they connect directly to property listings. When you create a new property, the Owner field is populated using data from the Property Owners screen.
In Britixo, company administrators have full access to all Property Owner records, while employees of Agents and Business Brokers have restricted visibility based on permissions. This ensures that sensitive ownership details are properly protected.
Step 1: Add a New Property Owner
Go to Real Estate → Property Owners .
Click Add New .
Fill in the required details such as:
Owner name or organisation
Contact details (phone, email, address)
Additional business information if applicable
Click Save .
The new Property Owner will now be available for selection whenever you create or edit a property.
Step 2: Edit a Property Owner
Find the Property Owner you want to update.
Click Edit .
Update the necessary fields (contact details, name changes, etc.).
Save your changes.
Step 3: Delete a Property Owner
Locate the Property Owner you want to remove.
Click Delete next to their name.
Confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting a Property Owner will remove them from the system. If the owner is linked to properties, update those records first to avoid data inconsistencies.

Always keep owner profiles up to date for accurate client reporting.
Restrict Property Owner visibility for agent or broker employees to protect sensitive data.
If an owner sells multiple properties, centralising their profile helps maintain consistent records.
By creating and managing Property Owners in Britixo , you ensure every property listing is linked to a verified supplier or partner, maintaining consistency and transparency across your real estate operations.
