In Britixo Real Estate, Agents’ staff and Business Brokers play distinct roles with different permissions and levels of access. These roles ensure the right people manage properties, requests, and clients without interfering with company-wide data.
This guide explains what Agents’ staff members and Business Brokers can do in Britixo, including their dashboards, property management functions, and reporting options.
Agents’ Staff Members in Britixo
Agents’ staff work within their agent’s portal, alongside admins and company employees. Their access depends on permissions granted by administrators.
1. My Agent
View and edit their agent’s information.
Manage other staff within the agent’s team.
Approval Manager – grant ability to approve properties created by their agent’s team.
Require Approval – require approval for properties created by this staff member.
Public Staff – make the staff profile visible to customers.
New Staff – add new team members under the agent.
Access agent properties in List view or Map view .
Review general agent statistics and information.
2. Property Owners
See only Property Owners created by their team.
Cannot see owners from companies, other agents, or brokers.
3. Business Brokers
See only brokers created by their agent’s team.
Cannot access company brokers or brokers from other agents.
4. Properties
Manage properties created by their team.
If a company employee assigns a property to the agent, the agent’s staff can then see and manage it.
Full permissions available: create, edit, delete, assign to brokers, filter, and map view.
5. Approvals
See properties awaiting approval with status Pending .
Approve properties created by their agent’s team only.
Cannot approve company or other agents’ properties.
Properties created by brokers do not require approval.
6. Buy Requests
Create and manage buy requests for their clients.
Cannot see buy requests created by company staff, other agents, or brokers.
If a client submits a request to them, it appears under their view.
7. Rental Requests
Create and manage rental requests for their clients.
Cannot see rental requests made by company staff or other agents.
If a client submits a rental request through their profile, they can manage it.
8. Tenants
View tenants approved under their agent’s properties.
See unpaid invoices linked to those tenants.
9. Reports
Rent Paid Report – payments made to their agent.
Vacant Rental Property Report – shows agent’s empty rental properties.
Unit Property Rental Report – list of all rental properties under their agent.
Delinquent Tenants Report – unpaid invoices from tenants.
Leases Ending Report – rentals nearing completion.
Vacant Sale Property Report – list of unsold properties.
Unit Property Sold Report – record of sold properties.
10. Dashboard for Agents’ Staff
Displays agent-specific stats only:
Remaining property quota for the month (based on plan).
Current plan details.
Sales income, sold vs for-sale properties.
Rental income, rented vs available properties.
Charts showing buy/rental requests by status or property type.
Top city property distribution.
Business Brokers in Britixo
Business Brokers are more independent and require the Broker Portal to be enabled by the super admin. Their data is completely separate from the company and agents.
1. Property Owners
See only the owners they created.
Cannot view owners created by the company, agents, or other brokers.
2. Properties
Manage only the properties they created.
Can edit, view, delete, filter, and map their properties.
If a company employee or agent assigns properties to them, those are also visible.
Brokers cannot assign properties to other brokers.
3. Buy Requests
Cannot see buy requests created by companies, agents, or other brokers.
If a client submits a buy request linked to them, it becomes visible in their list.
4. Invoices and Contracts
Can see invoices generated from their buy requests.
Can view contracts generated from their buy requests.
5. Reports
Vacant Sale Property Report – shows broker’s unsold properties.
Unit Property Sold Report – full record of properties sold by the broker.
6. Dashboard for Brokers
Displays broker-specific stats only:
Sales income from properties they sold.
Properties for sale, sold, and currently selling.
Status charts showing property breakdowns.
Buy requests by status and by property type.
Pro Tips
Assign roles carefully—staff under agents should only see and manage their agent’s data.
Enable the Broker Portal only if you work with independent brokers.
Use the dashboards to track performance separately for companies, agents, and brokers.
