What Clients Can View in the Britixo Client Portal of Real Estate or Property Management Software UK.
Introduction
The Britixo Client Portal allows customers to access real estate information in a transparent and secure way. From viewing available properties to checking company, agent, and staff details, the portal ensures clients always know who they are dealing with.
Certain property statuses are hidden from customers, ensuring only valid and approved listings are displayed. This makes the client’s experience easier while keeping your property data consistent.
Step 1: Viewing Property Information
Clients must log in to the Client Portal .
Under the Real Estate module, clients can browse properties.
Visible property statuses include:
New
Active
Closed Sale
Pending Sale
Sold
Rented
Properties with the following statuses will not be shown:
Pending, Withdrawn, Expired, or Backup.
This ensures that only accurate and available properties appear to clients.
Step 2: Viewing Company and Agent Information
When viewing property details, clients can see the company or agent responsible for the listing.
By clicking the company or agent’s name, clients can view full profile details such as:
Company name and contact information.
Agent profile and any linked details.
This gives clients confidence about who is managing the property.
Step 3: Viewing Sales or Rental Staff Information
Each property shows the staff member responsible for the sale or rental.
Clients can click on the staff name to view more detailed information.
This includes the staff member’s role, contact information, and profile details.
By making staff information visible, clients can easily reach out to the right person if they have questions or want to proceed with a request.
