Inspect and export observed stage funnels
Navigate reached and waiting records, open opportunities and export complete funnel summaries or matching starters.
Where to goSales CRM → Reports → Stage funnel → Stage bar → Record list and export controls
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Run a funnel with the intended path and filters.
- Select a stage bar to see the records that reached that milestone.
- Choose Reached this step or, where available, Not yet at next step.
- Navigate the record list with Previous funnel records and Next funnel records; each page shows up to 50 records.
- Select an opportunity title to open its normal detail and recorded transition history.
- Choose Export funnel summary for stage-level counts and conversion, or Export all funnel opportunities for every starter and its selected milestone timestamps.
Behavior and limits
- The summary CSV contains step order, current stage label, reached count, percentage of starters, percentage from the preceding stage and the preceding-stage count not yet reaching the current stage.
- The opportunity CSV includes ID, title, current owner and currency, observed start time, completed-stage count, current stage/pipeline/outcome and one reached timestamp for every selected milestone. Missing milestones are explicitly labelled Not reached.
- Both exports include pipeline, entry dates, observation timestamp, current owner/currency filter labels, selected path, unique starter count and scope explanation.
- All funnel opportunities exports every starter in the loaded report, including records on other pages and records outside the currently selected bar or reached/waiting view.
- Changed settings invalidate exports until another report succeeds. Reports exceeding a limit do not provide partial exports.
- Existing formula-safe CSV handling protects formula-like text. Private custom fields, native contact details and monetary amounts are not exported by this report.
- Opening a record rechecks current opportunity access. The loaded report and its exports remain a view of the last successful run until refreshed.
- Stage-history Export this page is a separate export of up to 50 recorded transitions for one opportunity. It is not the same as the funnel’s all-starters export.
Check it worked
- Check export metadata and path order before calculating conversion.
- Compare exported opportunity count with Unique starters, not the selected drill-through count.
- Use the milestone timestamps to distinguish recorded progress from current outcome.
- Confirm that zero-percent rates and missing denominators remain distinct in downstream spreadsheets.
Troubleshooting
- If no export controls are available, run the funnel successfully first.
- If a title cannot be opened, its current access or state may have changed since refresh.
- An empty successful funnel exports headers and zero starter counts with missing-denominator labels.
- For large histories, narrow entry dates or current owner/currency filters instead of treating partial pages as the whole funnel.
- If a spreadsheet reformats timestamps or identifiers, import the CSV using suitable text and date settings.
