Step-by-Step: Accessing Staff Activity Logs
📂 1. Navigate to Staff Activity Logs
Log in to the Britixo admin panel.
In the left-hand menu, go to Utilities → Activity Log .
📝 2. Understanding the Log Layout
The activity log shows:
Date & Time of each action.
Staff Member Name who performed the action.
Action Description detailing what was done.
Linked Record (e.g., client, project, invoice) — clickable for quick access.
🔍 3. Filtering Activity
Use the search box to filter by staff name, client name, or action type.
Apply date filters to review activity for a specific period.
📤 4. Exporting Activity Data
Click the Export button to download logs in CSV or Excel format for record-keeping or further analysis.
