Select Normal, Urgent, High or Low.
Complete Service type
Enter the required service heading; the form defaults to Full Compliance Application.
Complete Compliance service
Describe the certificate, inspection, audit, document review or other compliance requirement.
Choose the initial status
Select one of the active installed case statuses.
Complete Concerned authority
Record the local authority or compliance body handling the work.
Complete Authority reference
Record the authority-issued application or case reference.
Set Expected due date
Enter the expected completion or authority-response date.
Set Renewal due date
Record the future renewal date.
Write the professional compliance summary
Describe the requirement, scope and intended outcome.
Write landlord-visible notes
Enter information that the client is permitted to read in the portal.
Write internal consultant notes
Record private operational or consultant information.
Understand date and overdue logic
Use Expected due date for operational overdue reporting and Renewal due date for future renewal planning.
Separate client-visible and internal notes
Keep landlord-visible updates separate from private consultant commentary.
Understand the linked contact
Recognise when an active client contact is linked for proposal delivery and public-intake ownership.
