Configure visibility, ring time, presence, WSS, domain, synchronisation and user-experience settings while preserving mandatory IVR and no-PSTN locks.

Save xConnect settings
Submit the settings form with Manage permission and confirm the success alert.
Choose client phone visibility
Select Always visible, Incoming calls only or Incoming and unread missed calls.
Set the ring timeout
Enter 10 to 120 seconds; the model clamps out-of-range values.
Set the presence heartbeat
Enter 15 to 120 seconds; the model clamps out-of-range values.
Set the secure SIP WebSocket URL
Enter a valid wss:// URL; an invalid scheme/host retains the current value.
Set the SIP domain
Enter a valid lower-case domain name; invalid input retains the current value.
Set the isolated switch configuration path
Enter an absolute path without null bytes or parent-directory traversal.
Enable or disable browser ringtone
Control whether incoming-call ringtone audio is used.
Enable or disable device vibration
Control supported-device vibration for incoming calls.
Enable or disable the missed-call badge
Control display of unread missed-call counts.
Enable or disable the internal directory
Control directory search in the softphone.
Enable or disable call history
Control the recent-calls panel.
Enable or disable browser signalling
Control browser call signalling availability.
Enable or pause internal calling
Control the internal-calling setting while keeping external calling disabled.
Enable or disable static synchronisation
Control whether extension/switch provisioning is active.
Understand direct SIP transport
Recognise that transport mode is fixed to direct SIP in saved settings.
Understand mandatory main IVR
Recognise that IVR remains enabled and the global main extension remains 100.
Understand the mandatory external-calling lock
Recognise that external/PSTN calling remains disabled regardless of submitted settings.
Understand the administrator phone icon lock
Recognise that the administrator phone icon remains enabled in saved settings.
Understand the local extension start
Recognise that user extensions start from 101 because 100 is reserved for IVR.
Understand retained synchronisation metadata
Recognise Last sync time, hash and error are preserved when saving ordinary settings.
Understand retained event-bridge metadata
Recognise event enablement, secret-file and last-event metadata are not overwritten by ordinary settings changes.
