Where to goProperties Management → Requests & Applications → Onboarding workspace → approved pack → Extension with due compliance checks
Before you start
Use tenant Edit and the existing onboarding within your authorised property scope.
Follow these steps
- Open the approved pack and choose Extension with due compliance checks.
- Verify the linked property in Property Status.
- Review due or missing compliance evidence and follow the relevant source workflow.
- Complete the appropriate agreement process separately once the checks and terms are resolved.
Fields, rules and limits
- The extension action requires an approved, locked pack and a linked property. It opens Property Status with the onboarding context; it does not automatically grant an extension or approve overdue evidence.
