Before you start

A secure property-bound invitation and an open public application form are different entry routes with different controls.

Follow these steps

  1. Choose the intended property and recipient through the supported application/invitation workflow.
  2. Confirm the recipient email and issue the invitation from the record.
  3. Have the intended recipient use the latest link and complete the application once.
  4. Review the submitted application using its non-secret reference.
  5. Use the supported decision/conversion workflow to create or link the native tenant account and continue onboarding.

Check it worked

The submission is bound to the invited property and recipient and appears once in the review workflow.

If something does not look right

A used, revoked, expired or superseded invitation must not be reused. A newer active invitation for the same property/recipient supersedes earlier links. Reissue through the supported record after checking identity.

Questions and answers

Can invited applicants apply while open-public intake is disabled?

Yes. The secure invite route is independent from the open-public application switch.

Why is open-public intake unavailable?

Public intake is disabled until the required privacy/terms notices are configured. Check public settings and legal notice availability.

Does accepting an application finish the whole tenancy?

No. Continue the governed onboarding stages, agreement, finance checks, evidence and final notifications.
