Before you start
Health is an operational score: a higher percentage means lower calculated risk. It is not a statutory compliance certificate or a prediction.
Follow these steps
- Review the High risk, Medium, Low risk, Partial and Unscored counts.
- Find the property and compare its visible dimensions.
- Use the Digital Twin to inspect the underlying evidence and factors.
- Correct the native record or complete the outstanding work.
- Choose Recalculate portfolio with the required permission, then compare the result.
Check it worked
Scores and risk bands are supported by the current visible operational evidence.
If something does not look right
Partial or restricted results are intentionally redacted when you lack a required domain permission. A missing score is not a zero-risk result.
Questions and answers
How is the overall score weighted?
Compliance 35%, maintenance 20%, finance 20%, tenancy 15% and contractors 10%.
What are the risk bands?
Below 55 is high risk; 55 to below 80 is medium; 80 or above is low.
Why can a score remain unchanged after refresh?
The underlying factors may be unchanged. Stored snapshots are not necessarily added for every identical recalculation.
