Check PRS readiness and export the register
This screen checks an internal preparation checklist.
Before you start
This screen checks an internal preparation checklist. It does not submit a property to a government database or certify legal eligibility.
Follow these steps
- Choose Recalculate when you need current results and have refresh permission.
- Open Checklist for the property.
- Review identity/address, landlord link, tenant or tenancy relationship, current EICR, gas and EPC records, and linked compliance evidence files.
- Correct each missing item in its native property or Compliance workflow.
- Recalculate and choose Export readiness register when the reviewed data is ready for internal use.
Check it worked
The checklist states which checks pass and which block readiness. CSV columns are Property ID, Reference, Property, Readiness %, Status and Blockers.
If something does not look right
The checklist is fixed and can flag gas evidence or a tenancy for a property where applicability differs. Resolve the business/legal interpretation separately; do not create fictitious evidence to increase a percentage.
Questions and answers
What do the statuses mean?
100% is ready; at least 75% but below 100% is attention; lower results are not_ready. Unassessed properties need calculation.
Does ready mean registered?
No. Registration and government submission must be evidenced separately through the supported native/official process.
Does a current record prove a valid document?
The check evaluates record fields and a separate linked-file check. It does not authenticate the document or independently determine the legal expiry requirement.
