Report and export revenue contributions
Review accessible opportunity credit by contributor, contribution type and currency using explicit date filters.
Where to goSales CRM → Reports → Contributions
Before you start
Use your own authorised staff account in the intended Britixo workspace. The Sales CRM module must be available and your role must include the permissions stated above. Existing leads, customers, communications and customer portal pages retain their normal access rules.
Follow these steps
- Choose the From and To dates.
- Choose Won · actual close date or Open · expected close date.
- Optionally select one currency.
- Choose Update contributions and review the result count and date basis.
- Compare allocated revenue with the separate overlay recognition totals for each currency.
- Review contributor rows and their opportunity counts.
- Choose Export loaded results to download the results currently shown.
Behavior and limits
- Only accessible, non-archived opportunities with active allocations are included. Unconfigured opportunities and retired allocations are excluded.
- Won results use the actual date an opportunity entered Won. Open results use the expected close date. Lost opportunities are not included in either report type.
- Choose an inclusive period of 1–367 days. The report refuses more than 1,000 matching opportunities or more than 200 contributor/currency/type groups instead of silently truncating them. Narrow the period or currency if a limit is reached.
- The report uses current opportunity values, current allocation definitions and current access. It does not reconstruct historical allocations as they stood at the closing date.
- Revenue and overlay totals remain separate, and every currency has its own totals. Owner forecasts and targets are not changed.
- A contributor’s opportunity count is the number of matching opportunities on which that person has a row of the displayed type. Do not sum those counts to infer a unique opportunity total; use the result count above the table.
- Inactive or unavailable contributors remain labelled in current saved allocations. No credit is redistributed merely because staff status changed.
- Changing filter controls does not change the loaded results until Update contributions is selected. The result heading records the filters used, and export uses those loaded results.
- The CSV treats formula-like text as text to reduce spreadsheet formula execution. Review the file using your normal spreadsheet import settings.
Check it worked
- Check the displayed date basis and result count before comparing reports.
- Confirm that currency and contribution type are included in your analysis.
- Check the loaded filter summary before exporting.
Troubleshooting
- No matching allocations can mean the period, outcome, currency, active state or your current record access excludes the opportunities.
- If a won opportunity is missing, check its actual closing date rather than its expected date.
- If the report exceeds a limit, choose a shorter period or one currency.
- If an exported result differs from a later refresh, check for changes to opportunity values, definitions, staff status or access.
