Troubleshoot no available appointment time slots
Diagnose an empty slot list systematically across service, provider, schedule, blocked-date, duration, buffer, conflict and timezone rules.
What this feature does
Diagnose an empty slot list systematically across service, provider, schedule, blocked-date, duration, buffer, conflict and timezone rules. It uses Britixo's permission-aware appointment, availability, status and integration flow rather than an unconnected diary entry.
How the module flow works
No slots is the combined result of the module's eligibility and conflict filters, not a single error state.
The requested service and provider are checked first, followed by schedule, date blocks, duration, buffers and busy intervals.
The form may also restrict visible services or providers independently of availability.
Step-by-step workflow
- Confirm the service and provider are active and related.
- Check company and staff working hours for the date.
- Check blocked days, duration and buffers.
- Review native appointments and connected calendar events.
- Test another date and verify timezone and public-form restrictions.
Important fields and decisions
What happens after completion
After this workflow completes, Britixo keeps the appointment and its supported relationships connected. Reopen the appointment and verify the saved status, date, timezone, customer or lead, service, provider, attendees, reminder state, calendar or meeting reference, invoice reference and history that apply to this feature. External email, SMS, Google, Microsoft or payment outcomes must be checked separately from the Britixo database save.
- Open the saved appointment and confirm the final status and source.
- Check the participant, provider, timing and timezone from the full detail page.
- Review the relevant table filter, calendar, history, report or linked invoice instead of relying only on a success message.
Controls, checks and common mistakes
- Do not disable conflict protection as the first troubleshooting step.
- A free-looking calendar gap can be too short.
- Check the server and selected timezone when today appears unexpectedly closed.
- Use the least destructive correction and retain the appointment history when the booking existed operationally.
- Never bypass a permission, availability, approval, client-access or verification control by changing an unrelated route or setting.
