Zapier Ready Integration: start here
Understand Zapier Ready Integration in Britixo: supported lead workflows, workspace access, connection requirements and checks before live use.
Before you begin
Choose one simple lead workflow and name the person responsible for it. Start with a clearly labelled fictional enquiry, rather than a live customer or an urgent operational process.
CRM workspace → Tools → Britixo Automations (or Utilities in a classic layout)
Follow these steps
- Open your Britixo workspace and confirm the company shown in the application.
- Ask your workspace administrator to confirm that the connector is enabled and that an approved Zapier app or assisted connection is available for this workspace.
- Read the supported-features guide. The current connector provides lead reading/search, lead creation and queued new-lead notifications; it does not expose every CRM module.
- Open the connector overview using the route in the next guide, then follow the connection guide supplied for your approved Zapier app.
- Complete one end-to-end test, check the destination record and agree an owner for errors before publishing the Zap.
Check the result
A completed setup has a verified workspace, an authorised connection, a successful test at both ends and a named person who will monitor the automation.
Rules, fields and operating limits
- “Zapier Ready Integration” is the Help Centre name. The application screen currently uses Britixo Automations.
- Availability depends on enabled modules, workspace permissions, the approved Zapier configuration and your Zapier plan.
- Use a controlled pilot before relying on automation for live work. Delivery timing and exactly-once processing are not guaranteed.
If something does not look right
If the app is not visible in Zapier, ask Britixo support to confirm access or provide the approved invitation. A help article or a healthy endpoint does not by itself activate a Zapier app.
Questions and answers
What does Zapier Ready mean?
It identifies the connector and its documented setup path. It does not mean that every Britixo feature is a Zapier action, that an app is publicly listed, or that an account is connected automatically.
Which everyday workflows can I start with?
Where exposed by your approved Zapier app, start with New Lead, Create Lead and Find Lead. For Britixo, a useful pilot is sending a new website enquiry into the correct sales lead pipeline.
Do I need to write code?
Routine setup in an approved Zapier app is normally completed with fields and dropdowns. A custom API setup needs an experienced integrator; use the developer reference only if that route has been agreed.
Is Zapier included in my subscription?
Check your Britixo package and implementation agreement. Zapier subscriptions, task allowances and connected provider charges are separate matters; no price or entitlement is established by this guide.
Can I use this for an urgent safety or payment process?
Keep time-critical, safety-critical or financial decisions in their established controlled workflow unless your team has separately tested and approved the complete process, failure handling and fallback.
Where should a new user go next?
Start with requirements and access, confirm the workspace address, then connect and test. The section index keeps those guides in that order.
Useful next steps
Contact Britixo support. Include the workspace, action, run reference and time; keep credentials private.
