Manufacturing Order Mapping | Accounting and Bookkeeping Software | UK Compliant.

Manufacturing Order Mapping in Britixo allows you to record material costs and labour costs of a manufacturing order directly in your accounting system. Only manufacturing orders with the status Done can be mapped. This feature ensures accurate allocation of costs and keeps your financial reports consistent.

📝 Manual Mapping

Note: If Manufacturing Order Mapping is disabled in settings, orders will not map automatically. Manual mapping is required.

1. Create the manufacturing order and change its status to Done.
   
   

2. Go to Transactions → Accounting → Manufacturing.
   
   

3. Click the mapping icon to open the popup.
   
   

4. Select the account and click Save.
   
   

⚡ Automatic Mapping

1. Navigate to Settings → Accounting → Mapping Setup → Manufacturing.
   
   

2. Enable Manufacturing Order Mapping, select the payment account and deposit account, then click Save.
   
   

3. Create the manufacturing order and mark it as Done.
   
   

4. Go to Transactions → Manufacturing. The order will be mapped automatically.
   
   

📦 Mass Mapping

1. Enable Manufacturing Order Mapping and configure accounts in the settings.
   
   

2. Open Transactions → Manufacturing.
   
   

3. Select the manufacturing orders with the status Has not been mapped.
   
   

4. Click Bulk Actions → Mass Mapping, then confirm.
   
   

🛠️ Edit & Delete Mapping

• Edit Mapping: Go to Transactions → Manufacturing, click Edit, change the account, and click Save. The account balance updates immediately.
  
  

• Delete Mapping: In the same menu, select Delete and confirm. The mapping is removed, and balances are adjusted.
  
  

• Mass Delete Mapping: Select multiple mapped orders → Bulk Actions → Mass Delete Mapping → confirm to remove mappings in bulk.
