AI Risk Management Software

Define an AI use-case register, review risks, assign owners and connect controls to evidence throughout the system lifecycle.

01

Start with the use case

An AI risk register should describe the decision or task, the people affected, the data involved and the limits of the system. Distinguish an internal drafting assistant from software whose output affects customers. Record the model or supplier, intended users and the person who can approve, restrict or stop its use.

02

Connect controls to the actual risk

Useful controls have an owner and a test. Depending on the use case, these may cover access, data minimisation, evaluation datasets, human review, output checking and incident escalation. Record the result of the test and any remaining uncertainty rather than treating a completed checklist as proof that every risk has been removed.

03

Review when the system changes

A new model, data source, user group or integration can change the original assessment. Keep versions of decisions and their supporting evidence connected to the use case. Britixo can discuss a software workflow around your governance process; the applicable obligations and approvals must be assessed for your organisation and deployment.
